Happy Thanksgiving everyone! What an amazing time to display gratitude and appreciation for one another. This month gives you an opportunity to showcase kindness to all things living. If you have a little extra to give then do so. Kindness and generosity can be in the form of kind words, small gestures, and simple acts of servitude. When you are genuine and tuned in to people’s emotions and needs it fosters a sense of compassion and caring. We can all agree that the world needs more goodwill. I feel that the more we serve others the more we are manifesting more moments of goodness. When you are at the Thanksgiving table this year, remember its not about what you have, its about what you have to give from your heart. Be kind and gentle with those you welcome into your home. Show the hospitality that you would want to have reciprocated if you were the guest. Things to do not need to be perfect to be pleasurable. Try to find the moments of joy and capitalize on them in the days to come. I am sending gratitude your way and well wishes for a happy and healthy holiday season.
