August 2025 Love

As the Summer months wind down, and the pace of the summer seems to come to a standstill, reflect on all of the wonderful experiences that you just had. Be thankful for the little things such as spending time with family, friends, and your pets. Be thankful for the nights that you got to shut the alarm clock off and get an extra hour of rest. You deserved all of the downtime that you had and hopefully your batteries are recharged for a healthy and prosperous new school year. Remember that it will never be about what you have, it is always about who is in your life. Surround yourself by people and things that lift you up to your potential and imagine all of the great things that you can accomplish. This can be an entirely new school year/experience for you. Use your good intentions and be mindful of your thoughts and hopes for yourself. Before you know it, you will be headed in the direction of your dreams. Challenge your brain and your ability to fulfill your deepest desires and goals. Any step forward, is a step in the right direction.
