Happy Memorial Day everyone! Let’s take a moment to remember and honor all of those loved ones who served their country. They have given the ultimate sacrifice so that we can enjoy our freedom and that is certainly a reason to honor and respect our service members. May begins the steps to Summer and it would be great if you could also give some thanks to how far you have come. Be kind to your body, your mind, and your spirit. Take some walks in nature or strolls by the beach to clear your mind to a state of relaxation optimal for manifestation. You can become the cocreator your future and you deserve a beautiful one. If you find yourself uncertain, I encourage you to get in a space to quiet your mind. When you are at peace and balanced, all of the answers that you seek will present themselves to you. Remember that no one knows you better than yourself so it is a time to respect your own truth. You already know all of the true answers that your heart desires. Give yourself permission to be the person that you have always strived to become.
