Dear Mary,

I began coming to see you approximately 5 years ago. I had been dealing with a lot of stress related issues in my life and decided to seek your assistance. You were only too glad to help. I was slightly apprehensive upon my first visit to you, not sure what to expect. You put my mind at ease and proceeded with my session. A CD was made and given to me to listen to at home for relaxation.. It has been of tremendous help to me.

Over the past years now I have been seeking your help on different issues that have arisen in my life. Your kindness and unending willingness to help me are truly appreciated. When I walk into your office, a feeling of complete calmness starts to envelope me. It is my “safe haven” my “peace place” where no one or nothing can bother me! You have recently introduced me to yet another stress relaxer – Reiki. It is the most wonderful, peaceful, spiritual feeling ever! After one of my sessions we were sitting and talking about the spirits that you felt present in the room with us that night. A small green feather floated down and landed in my lap. I am sure that Michael the Archangel was in the room that night. You had told me in the past that Michael was the angel watching over me. I have taken that feather and put it into a small silver frame which now sits on my dresser.

Dear Mary, I just wanted to take this opportunity to first of all thank you so very much for giving me and my fiancé our lives back. We came to see you on February 17th to stop smoking and this past week it was FOUR  MONTHS. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I’m also wondering if it is possible to help someone  through hypnosis to stop or cut back on drinking alcohol. If you could please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.

Yes, it’s possible! I did it and I am amazed! I quit smoking on April 9th at 2P.M. I hoped but never completely believed I could quit. I had tried prescription medicine before and it did take away the physical desire to smoke, but psychologically, I still wanted those butts! I had gone to group hypnosis twice before but it didn’t even phase me. I was lighting up before I left the parking lot! But, this time, I started taking the prescription medicine and made an appointment with Mary at Hope Hypnosis. What I liked immediately was her honesty. She said “I don’t have a magic wand.” She spent a lot of time getting to know me. That’s what is special about one on one hypnosis. We talked about my reasons for smoking. Actually, I realized there weren’t any good ones and about the severe health problems associated with the habit. The hypnosis session was really relaxing and the suggestions, substitutions and support recommendations were invaluable. I am still in shock! I am a non-smoker and I feel fine! I wanted to take a minute to let you know how very much I appreciated everything you have done for me and to thank you for going above and beyond for me.

When I first came to you a few years ago for hypnosis to try to quit smoking; you took the time to speak with me for an hour and after that before you took any money from me you asked me, “Are you sure you want to do this because I have to be honest after speaking with you it does not seem like you are ready to quit?” is exactly what you told me. That meant something to me as you did not just take my money & send me on my way. You truly cared more about me and what you do then the money. That truly meant something to me and I never forgot you for that, which led me back to you a few months ago for the spiritual reading and Reiki Energy Healing session.

This past year of my life has been indescribable to say the least and what the doctors have put me through I was so scared, desperate and lost. I spoke to a waitress at the Diner where my husband & I go and she recommended that I come to see you. She had told me that you had warned her something with her son’s health and sure enough she had it checked out and it saved his life. While she was telling me this story I had told her that I had seen you once for hypnosis and what you did & how you treated me.

When you did my reading, I wrote down everything you had said to me in my notebook and kept it in the back of my mind. In the meantime, I continued with the doctors and everyone scratching their heads and telling me how much of a mystery I am. Now months later, here we are and this doctor in New York City said to me that I need to go see a Hematologist as he believes that I have some sort of rare blood disorder and that is exactly what you had told me months ago. You truly have a gift from God.

I am writing this on behalf of Mary Silvernail. I would like everyone to know what a special person Mary truly is. Since the first visit when I went to see her for hypnosis to quit smoking, she spent an hour with me before taking any of my money. After the hour talking, she asked me, “Are you sure you want to do this, because I have to be honest with you after speaking to you, it does not seem like you are ready to quit smoking yet?” Those were her exact words to me. Now what type of person, would spend an hour of there time with a stranger for free? Being what I have been through the last year within the medical community, it is all about MONEY but not for her. This past year of my life has been indescribable; I was so scared, desperate for help and answers. I was so lost and I did not know where to turn. One day I was at the Diner and one of the waitresses that I go see Mary for an astrology reading, she told me how Mary had told her about her son’s illness and it saved his life. I told her that I had seen Mary once before for hypnosis and what she did.

I decided to make an appointment with Mary for an Astrology Reading a few months ago as I was desperate for answers and some guidance. Months have passed by and I am still searching for a diagnosis, I was referred to a Doctor in New York this past week and while I went through all of my symptoms and everything I have been through this past year, he said to me the missing link is a Hematologist/Oncologist, he believes I have a rare blood disease that mimics Fibromyalgia. That is exactly what Mary had told me in her reading months ago, with that being said; I truly feel that Mary has been blessed with a gift from God.

I just wanted to follow-up with you and let you know how WONDERFUL I am doing after the hypnotherapy session you gave me. In a little over four weeks after our session; I have lost 25 pounds! I am very excited. I feel wonderful, look better and I have regained my confidence.

Obesity is such a terrible epidemic in our society today. I have tried every diet that is known to man and Hypnotherapy was my last attempt before considering surgery. I have been battling with weight issues for over 10 years now.

I faithfully listen to your mediation tape every evening. I don’t have any cravings, and I just eat healthier foods in smaller amounts – as you indicated, and exercise regularly.

(I have to say the funniest thing you told me was that if I ate those sugary, fattening fried foods and munchies – that they would taste like liver. And still, till today, I cannot even look at those foods without thinking of the horrible taste and smell of liver) Hey, whatever works!!

A few years ago, I had been seen by another hypnotist for weight loss, spent hundreds of dollars – had several sessions and I never encountered the results I have with what you provided me in just one session! I like how we spent about an hour and you went back deep into my past asking about eating habits as a child and what it was like having meals together as a family. You brought up things that I guess I suppressed all these years.

I had also referred my sister to you and she has lost a significant amount of weight as well. I will keep the referrals coming.

How do I begin to thank you for the wonderful “gift” you have given us? My nine-year-old daughter had a severe dog phobia. It hindered her life. She refused to visit friends that had dogs and attend parties. We even had difficulty taking her to the boardwalk. She wouldn’t enjoy the rides – all she would do is look around in FEAR! This phobia is not only crippling for her; but to the family as well. She would go into a full tirade. Screaming, crying and often running away (at times even into traffic). And the advice we would receive from people: “Buy her a puppy”, “Let her meet my dog”, and etc. This displayed the lack of understanding of this disease. Where this phobia began is unknown.

A friend mentioned hypnosis to me. I went home that afternoon and opened the local paper your add appeared. My daughter was extremely excited and anxious to start. She knew she could no longer live this way. After her first session she was able to walk near dogs (and I mean within two feet). Furthermore, after her second session she not only entered a pet store (something she was unable to do – even with the puppies in cages and behind glass). SHE HELD A PUPPY AND EVEN KISSED HER!!! The other day she petted a golden retriever and a greyhound. In my eyes, she is cured from this phobia.

Mary you are an ANGEL. You have changed our lives. She is no longer a prisoner of this fear. You have set her free. Your sessions also put her at ease. Your calmness and understanding were evident. You have blessed us. Thank you and GOD BLESS YOU!!!! 

Hi Mary,

He is still doing well and eating – put on quite a few pounds. Its amazing that his doctor (who I think thought I was a nut about hypnosis) has been calling now and again asking info on you for other patients. I think I’ve given your number to three people so far – I know you were able to help two with eating and there was another patient who had trouble sleeping but I don’t know if they contacted you.
