Earth Mother. Whether it be the spirit in the flowing waters or within the plant that will give the cure for what physically ails us.
Within today’s modern society there is difficulty connecting to our own spirit within, much less to Earth Mother and the plant and animal kingdom. However, for our survival, mankind must get back in touch with his/her connection to Earth Mother and all that is given to us. We hear on the news the effects that are coming to pass due to our industrial way of life and we feel helpless in fixing it. What is needed is to just get back to living respectfully with not disrespectfully from the resources of our Earth Mother. We must remember that we are not just alive, we are part of all life itself. To find your way back to this connection, try this simple grounding technique of taking your shoes and socks off and walking barefoot in the grass. Feel Earth Mother under your feet – connect.
Whether it be healing your spirit, mind or body, the ancient techniques of herbs, mind control and energy medicine which the Natives have used for many thousands of years are now called alternative medicine. It is not an “alternative” to Native Americans, it is just simply a way of life. In my practice and in teaching my students I use the wisdom of my ancestors along with the more recognized techniques of hypnotherapy, hands on healing and spiritual life consulting in order to assist others in their healing.

O,GREAT SPIRIT
Whose voice I hear in the winds,
And whose breath gives life to all the
world, Hear me. I am small and weak,
I need your strength and wisdom.
Let me walk in beauty, and make my
eyes ever behold the red and purple
sunset.
Make my hands respect the things I
have made and my ears sharp to hear
your voice
Make me wise so that I may understand the things
you have taught my people.
Let me learn the lessons you have hidden
in every leaf and rock.
I seek strength not to be greater than my brother,
but to fight my greatest enemy-myself
Make me always ready to come to you
with clean hands and straight eyes.
So when life fades as the fading sunset,
my spirit may come to you without shame...
